Online booking is available, but every appointment needs approval and is not official until it is confirmed. New guests complete a questionnaire before booking so the right appointment length is reserved. Requests are reviewed personally and answered within one to two business days. Guests with a significant change, very thick or very long hair, or box color in the past five years are asked to choose an option with extra time.

A first visit opens with a consultation covering the current appointment and a longer-term plan for the hair goals. Guests planning a big change can upload up to six photos of their current hair and the look they want. Consultations also include suggestions for at-home care products to keep the result looking right between visits.

The salon is open Monday, Thursday and Friday, with Tuesday hours on a shorter schedule and Saturday hours on every third Saturday. Wednesday and Sunday it is closed.
