Booking is done online through the website. Two free consultations come first for clients who want to plan ahead: a 15-minute haircut consultation and a 30-minute color consultation, both for talking through ideas before booking the service itself.

The menu runs from quick trims and a 30-minute mask to longer color and haircut sessions. Color ranges from a refresh for regrowth or tone to a 180-minute appointment for signature looks, and a multi-visit dimensional blonding service for major changes. Spa options include a short mask with scalp massage and a 90-minute Scalp Spa Experience. Styling covers curl finishes for natural curls, coils and waves, up-dos for weddings and occasions, and creative sets with braids and twists.

Payment is due in full when services are rendered, processed through Stripe, with taxes and any chosen gratuity included. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Some services take a deposit that is refunded for cancellations made 24 hours or more ahead and kept for later cancellations or no-shows. Refunds for completed services are at the salon's discretion and usually post within 5 to 10 business days. Organic products can be bought through the shop link on the website, for pickup only.
