Education sits at the heart of the salon's approach, for both the team and the clients who walk through the door. Faith stays current on trends and techniques. Her goal is for every guest to leave pleased with their style and with a visit worth remembering.

The salon describes its atmosphere as comfortable and relaxing. Women's haircuts and color services include a hot towel wrap, aromatherapy, a blow dry style and a scalp, neck and shoulder massage. Men's haircuts add a shampoo, a custom precision cut with straight razor detailing, a hot towel straight razor neck shave, a hot towel facial massage and a styling finish.

Pricing is tiered by stylist level, with master stylists priced above experienced stylists for most services. Balayage requires a consultation before booking. Wedding work covers bridal updos, updo trials, formal updo styles, makeup and wedding styling, with a per-day travel fee within Phoenix and Scottsdale; wedding party styles are available on request. The salon also runs a Salon Assistant Program.
