Curly cutting is one of the salon's more specific offerings. Curly Cut and Style begins with a personalized consultation about curl pattern, lifestyle and hair goals, and the cut is done dry so curls are worked with in their natural state. A complimentary styling lesson is included, and the cut is performed by a certified curl specialist. The salon says its stylists are highly trained in curly cutting across all curl types. Clients with straight hair or looser textures can book the women's cut and style, while curly or coily hair is directed to the curly service.

Color visits start with a consultation about the client's vision, preferences and lifestyle. The menu includes glazes, color retouches, all over color, partial and full highlights, balayage and Pintura highlights, and the salon says it uses only high-quality products for hair color. Prices are estimates that can change with the time and product needed. Glaze starts at $60, all over color runs $128 to $160 plus, and balayage runs $160 to $200 plus.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sundays and Mondays. A card on file is required to reserve, stored through a payment processor. Online bookings need a deposit of 50% of the estimated service cost, and phone bookings may need one for new clients or services over two hours. Deposits are refundable until 48 hours before the appointment, and confirmations go out 7 days ahead. Cancellations and reschedules must be made by phone or voicemail rather than text. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the service cost or forfeit the deposit, and tangled or matted hair adds $50 for each half hour spent detangling.
