Every visit starts with a consultation covering inspiration, lifestyle, how much upkeep the client wants, hair history and long-term goals, with inspiration photos reviewed together. Each client then receives a personal maintenance plan with recommended products, styling tips and aftercare. The salon says it does not suggest a service just because it is popular.

Color options range from full-head color for overall change, added brightness or refreshed dimension, to fully customized blonde based on natural hair, desired brightness and how often the client wants to maintain it. Full Precision Blonde uses detailed micro-foiling throughout the head for maximum brightness and a close-to-root finish. Partial color and partial blonde are offered, and base bumps can be added to color services. Haircuts are added to color appointments rather than booked on their own.

Extension appointments begin with an in-person consultation, where the founder recommends the method or combination that suits the client's hair. Options include wefts for fullness and length, keratin bond placement, a hybrid of wefts and keratin for volume through the sides and hairline, and Bespoke Slavic Keratin, which uses hand-finished raw hair matched to the client's natural texture. Some methods need about two weeks of preparation before installation.

Listed prices are starting points and may change with the desired result, appointment time and added services. New color clients pay a 30 percent nonrefundable deposit, and new or returning extension clients pay 50 percent when new hair is needed; deposits are applied to the balance. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice. The salon is open 9 am to 6 pm on a schedule that alternates between Tuesday through Thursday and Thursday through Saturday.

Each service is built around the individual client, beginning with a consultation and ending with a personal maintenance plan.
