Services cover cuts for women, men and children aged 12 and under, color from toners and semi-permanent gloss to full-head permanent color, partial and full foils, extensions, a keratin smoothing treatment, blowouts and special event updos. Nail services include gel, dip and Gel-X work, builder gel, nail art and paraffin treatment, and the salon also offers soft-wax eyebrow and facial waxing.

Bridal work is a separate strand. Clients can book trials for the bride and the wedding party, or have hair done at the wedding location for the bride or the party. Location services require a minimum of six people and carry an extra charge beyond 30 miles.

Salon Eden lists its hours as Monday 9 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, with the salon closed Wednesdays and Sundays. A 25% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
