Every hair service includes a consultation, shampoo and conditioning, a hand massage, and a blow dry and style. Color is custom blended for each guest, and Aveda Botanical Therapy Bond Builder goes into all highlighting and all-over color. Color services do not include styling. Listed prices are base prices that can rise with hair length, texture, time, product and stylist level, and retouches six weeks or longer include extra time and product. Guests can book online at each location or send a request for a time that isn't showing as open.

Curly and coily hair has its own menu. Curly cutting uses Deva, Mizani and Rezo dry cutting methods, and clients are asked to arrive with curls detangled, dry and in their natural state, without ponytail holders or clips. Silk press and relaxing services are offered for curly, coily and highly textured hair, with Mizani and Matrix Optismooth used depending on texture. Extensions, including I-Tip, K-Tip, microbeaded sew-in with weft and clip-in options, are performed in the salon, with care guidance provided afterward.

For weddings, the salon offers bridal hair design shaped to the bride's face, dress and neckline, along with updos, half updos, down styles and flower girl hair. Hair is styled for brides, bridesmaids and other party members. Bridal makeup, lashes, extensions and tattoo cover-ups are also available. Stylists travel to locations in greater central Florida, and weddings outside that area are quoted on request. Large wedding parties and early morning appointments can be accommodated. A trial before the wedding is recommended, and the salon's bridal policies and questionnaire are posted on its website. Shampoo and blow dry are not included in updo prices, while in-salon down styles include them.

Education for the team happens in-house and spans color theory, texture work, advanced cutting, bridal styling and running a business. Guest educators from the celebrity circuit visit each year.
