The space draws on the Paris salon where the founder trained with DESSANGE International. The aim is high-quality work in a relaxed, comfortable setting. Haircuts include shampoo, blow dry and styling, and color options include single process color, INOA ammonia-free color and hand-painted balayage highlights.

Hair extensions use European hair from Hairdreams and can be applied by fusion, micro bead or tape-in. The salon says extensions will not damage hair when properly maintained. Bridal clients can book trial runs of wedding styles, and the salon also goes on location for wedding parties. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Monday is by appointment and Sunday is closed. Parking, WiFi, disabled access and walk-ins are available, and staff speak English, French, Russian and Spanish. The salon is not kid friendly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are charged the full service fee. The salon also says satisfaction is guaranteed for every client.
