Both locations take online bookings, and clients can call the salon if no suitable online time appears. Appointments can be cancelled by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Dacula is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9AM to 9PM, Friday from 9AM to 8PM and Saturday from 8AM to 4PM. Sugar Hill is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9AM to 9PM, Thursday from 9:30AM to 9PM, Friday from 9AM to 6PM and Saturday from 8AM to 4PM. The salon carries only professional products, bought through its chosen distributor, or products whose sales support a non-profit or charity. It says it will match competitors' sale prices on regularly stocked items sold in the salon. Lines used include Redken, Pureology, HaloCouture and Olaplex. According to the salon, Redken's lines are based on patented protein technologies, and Pureology is said to help color last longer.

Color and texture services cover highlighting, balayage, glossing, focus foils for up to ten foils, corrective color, texture and perming, curl reduction and thermal straightening. Haircuts are priced by service, and the salon's Disegno Certified stylists have extra training in curly haircutting. The Catalyst Program covers Catalyst haircuts combined with color, balayage or highlights, and is offered by newer stylists who have completed the salon's Associate Program.

Great Lengths and HaloCouture hair extensions are available. Great Lengths is offered only by certified stylists and requires a personal consultation to set the price. HaloCouture extensions include The Original Halo, The Fall, The Layered Halo, The Ponytail and tape-in options, and the Original, Balayage and Rooted Colors are made of 100% Remy human hair according to the salon.

For weddings, the salon offers bridal beauty trials, body and brow waxing, and final brow and body waxing and hair cut or color timed close to the wedding day. On-site bridal services bring hair and makeup stylists to a location the client chooses, with a bridal coordinator handling the planning details. The salon recommends a trial one to two months before the wedding and booking at least six months ahead.
