Clients book by calling the salon directly, as online scheduling is not currently available. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash, by Cash App or by card, with a 5% surcharge on card payments. Appointments are cancelled if the client has not called within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.

For services that include hair, the hair should be freshly washed, blow-dried straight, and free of product and oil. A wash and blowout can be added if needed. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed on Mondays.
