The Korean Braid Method is the salon's signature extension technique and, by its own account, its most popular service. Extensions are installed without glue, heat or chemicals, and they can add length, volume, or color effects such as highlights, peekaboo and ombre without bleaching natural hair. The method is complimentary when applied with more than 40 pairs. A touch-up, which involves removal, deep scalp cleansing and reinstallation, is recommended every six to eight weeks.

A visit begins with a free, in-depth consultation before every appointment, and services are customized to each client's hair type, lifestyle and goals. Listed prices are starting prices, and the final quote is confirmed at consultation based on hair length, volume and condition. Prices are higher when booking with Director Sunny, particularly for haircuts, color, perms and short-hair services. Appointments can be booked online seven days a week or by phone, and makeup appointments are booked by phone.

Service fees are non-refundable, but a complimentary redo is offered within 7 days of a haircut, color or perm if one is needed. Retail products carry no cash refund. Instead, unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be swapped or sent back for store credit within two weeks of purchase, provided the receipt is shown. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Some services may call for a non-refundable deposit, which is credited toward the total. Payment by credit card, debit card or cash is accepted. The Koreatown salon offers parking validation, with entry from Oxford Ave.
