The salon operates from two neighboring buildings on Town Center Drive. The main salon is at 126 Town Center Drive and can be reached at (704) 941-1458. Couture Blo Bar, the second location at 124 Town Center Drive, can be reached at (704) 754-1307. The main salon is open Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

The salon says it works at an unhurried pace and that its work is crafted rather than rushed. It describes itself as a luxury hair experience with an editorial style. According to the salon, it has been operating for 15 or more years, has completed more than 5,000 transformations, carries a 4.9 client rating and has seven stylists on its team.

Color is a major part of the menu, with all-over color, full and partial balayage, full and partial highlights, root touch-ups, toner or gloss, and color correction. Extension services include hand-tied full installs, hand-tied install-only appointments, machine weft and tape-in move-ups, clip-in extensions, and extension removal. Other hair services include precision cuts, blowouts (including blowouts with extensions or with a spray tan), Brazilian blowouts, updos, half-up and high pony styles, perms, scalp treatments and deep conditioning.

Spa services include HydraFacial and custom facials, airbrush and Mystic spray tans, lash extensions, brow shaping and tint, and teeth whitening. Nail services are offered alongside spa treatments. Bridal services cover bridal trials, in-salon bride and on-site bride appointments, and bridal party services. Makeup application and engagement portrait sessions are also available. Gift cards are sold, and pet grooming and spa services are offered through Couture Pet Spa, booked through the online system.

Consultations are complimentary. Booking form requests are confirmed within 24 hours, and same-week availability can be arranged by phone. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead have no charge, while cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 20% of the total service cost.

Appointments are paced slowly, and the salon describes its work as deliberate and crafted rather than rushed.
