A Customized Hair Plan Consultation is a 15-minute session, at no charge, that builds a maintenance plan and timeline within a budget the client sets. Clients book online through the salon's GlossGenius page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a fee of half the scheduled service cost, applied toward a rescheduled visit, and no-shows are charged a non-refundable 50% service fee.
