The salon says it has been recognized by ELLE as one of its Top 100 Salons in America, and that hair by Colin Caruso and Michael DePinto appeared on the July 2018 cover of Modern Salon for Paul Mitchell. Both claims come from the salon itself.

Color is one of the main areas of the salon. Services include balayage, demi glaze, partial and full highlights, face framing highlights, platinum blonde root touch ups, vivid color and single process color. A conditioning treatment can be added to color services, and the salon says it uses high-quality products in its color work.

For smoothing and blow-out work, the Keratin Express Blow Out is a one-hour smoothing treatment, and the Brazilian Blowout is a liquid keratin option that reduces frizz. The Ultimate Blow Out Package is a bundle of five blow outs and two conditioning treatments. A blow dry membership is also offered, which is a standing blowout bought online in one go and booked with a specialist.
