Salon C'est Chic

Salon C'est Chic emerged from C'est Chic Concepts, a firm that provides beauty services, events and education. For about three years before the salon opened, the concept cultivated connections across the hairdressing, cosmetics, event-planning and wardrobe-styling fields.

Services are built around consultations. A new client visit is in person and includes a shampoo, an express hydration treatment, a hair assessment and styling, and a written plan for next steps. Color work requires a color consultation first, where the desired look and the cost of the color service are discussed, and clients are asked to bring or email inspiration photos. All color services and all luxury hair extension services are priced after a consultation.

Extension consultations also begin with a shampoo, express hydration, blow dry and silk press. The stylist assesses the natural hair's density so the extensions can be matched to its texture.

A non-refundable $150 deposit is required for chemical or extension services that run longer than two hours or need book blocking. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service, or 75% when the service is valued at $150 or more, to the credit card on file.
