The trichology work is built around a comprehensive twelve-month program, with an individualized plan made after consultation. Programs are offered for men, women and kids, although children under twelve are not currently served. Before a trichology consultation, clients complete a detailed questionnaire and are asked to avoid shampooing for 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Consultations are one-on-one and confidential.
Services under 50 dollars are paid in full at booking, and services over 50 need a deposit of at least half the price. The consultation fee is paid up front, covers only the consultation and is not applied to service prices. It stays valid for 30 days after the first payment. Deposits and scheduling payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. One courtesy reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours ahead; a second reschedule cancels the appointment and forfeits the payment. Arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a late cancellation. New clients booking extensions, foiling or color must have a consultation first.
The retail shelf includes Salon Blue Self-Care products, Wen Hair Care, Design Essentials and Influance, along with Salon Blue Organics oil in two sizes and satin hair accessories. Online orders ship within the United States by USPS First-Class or Priority Mail and take 7 to 10 business days to process. All retail sales are final.
