Every visit starts with an in-depth consultation and hair analysis that takes lifestyle into account. New clients are asked to book a free 20-minute consultation first. A women's haircut includes a shampoo, conditioning, a tailored cut, a blowout and suggested products.

Color work covers root touch-ups, partial and full highlights, modern blonding and low maintenance color, a blended technique that uses natural root color for a softer grow-out. Glazes and color melts keep highlight tone and add shine. Color services do not include a blow-dry, and thick or long hair carries an extra fee, so booking the Extra Time service is advised.

Evolve clip-in toppers, custom-ordered from 100% human hair, are offered for women with fine or thinning hair. The studio is not currently taking new male clients; men's haircuts are for existing clients only. Clients receive a text if the salon runs more than 15 minutes behind schedule. The space is private and cozy, with a choice of music or quiet, and guests can enjoy coffee, sparkling water, coconut water, snacks, free wifi and iPhone chargers.

Each booking is built around a hair analysis and a plan that covers the first visit and longer-term hair goals.
