The salon aims to give each client individual attention, starting with a consultation before services. Listed prices are starting points, and a consultation gives a more accurate quote. Color pricing depends on hair length, thickness, how much product is used and how complex the process is. Bridal and occasion styling and fashion color both require a consultation first, and brides are advised to book consultations three to six months before the event.

Haircut and styling services range from kids' and men's cuts to women's cuts, blowouts, blowouts with ironwork and a Deva Curl cut. Color options include glazes, single process color, partial and full foil highlights and balayage, and a keratin express can be added to any color service. Keratin Complex smoothing treatments and permanent waves are also offered, with touch-ups recommended every few months for smoothing and perms. Permanent waves use curl rods and specialized solutions and take about two hours. Extensions include full-set classic lash extensions, extension removal and reapplication, and Hot Head hair extensions, which are priced after a consultation.

Bridal and occasion work covers updos, braids, buns, ponytails, curls and bridal trials, with styling available on site for weddings and off site for other events. The salon also specializes in prom and special-event hair and makeup.

Drop-ins are taken when the schedule has room, but booking ahead is advised to hold a time. Cancellations or changes are asked for at least 24 hours in advance. Color clients are asked not to wash their hair on the day of the appointment, and they're welcome to bring pictures of the shade or balayage they have in mind. The salon offers plenty of parking, a coffee and wine bar, and free Wi-Fi. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and payment details are confirmed when booking or on arrival.
