Rather than employing a single team, the salon hosts twelve independent hairstylists. Clients book each stylist directly. The salon describes itself as one of the most sought-out salons in the area for talented, entrepreneurial stylists.
The salon says it sources its own color, care, styling and grooming products, which it designs for all hair types.
