A visit begins with a free consultation, where the plan and exact price are confirmed before any service starts. First-time clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for a brief consultation. Clients can take a full week to live with a result, and if it does not feel right, a free re-adjustment is offered; refunds are available as an option. Regular clients can book standing appointments for color, cuts, treatments, men's grooming, facials and waxing, and couples can book together, with concurrent appointments arranged on request. VIP packages and specialty services for regular clients are discussed in person or through the salon.
The salon is a Milbon salon and uses the full Milbon Signature line, along with salon-exclusive treatment lines and premium color lines. Its Brazilian Blowout formulas are formaldehyde-free, according to the salon. Team stylists have trained through the Aveda Advanced Academy and BTC University, and they hold certifications in master balayage and foilayage, Brazilian Blowout, Milbon treatment systems, and the VoMor and Hotheads extension systems. Every stylist completes training and vetting under Bonnie Miller before serving clients.
Hair extensions use 100% Remy human hair in tape-ins, hand-tied wefts and keratin bonds. First-time extension clients can take two to four tape-ins home to try before committing. An extension consultation is the required first step, and installation is booked as a separate appointment. Waxing uses hard wax made for facial skin and takes place in a private treatment room. Free street parking is available on Hancock St and nearby streets, with more parking in the lot behind the building.
Book online or call 817-635-2816. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, though booking ahead is recommended to secure a preferred time. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 8:45am to 5pm and Saturday 8:45am to 3pm, and closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, given by voicemail or text to the VIP line at 512-619-5209; shorter notice is charged 50% of the service price, and a no-show is charged the full price. Payment is taken at the end of the service by major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. Children should not attend unless they are receiving a service.
Every service starts with a consultation on goals, lifestyle and hair history, and formulas and styling are considered with Texas humidity and hard water in mind.
