Extension and color work begins with a consultation, and new guests are asked about their hair history and to bring inspiration photos, usually several. Invisible Bead Extensions sandwich a beaded platform between hand-tied wefts, last about 10 weeks and take time to install. Bellami wefts are sewn onto a platform and can be moved up about every six weeks. Tape-ins use Bellami or Hotheads, I-tips attach strand by strand with a silicone bead, and K-tips attach strand by strand with a keratin bond and last longer than I-tips. Cut and color services include precision cuts, lived-in color, balayage, toning, dimensional brunettes and blondes, curly cuts and dry cutting.
Keratin smoothing treatments start at $295 for two ounces of product, with an extra $25 for each additional half ounce, and the keratin consultation is free. The Keratin Complex line includes an Original Smoothing Treatment that lasts up to five months, a Personalized Blow Out that can be customized and lasts up to three months, and a Curl Enhancing Keratin Treatment for curly, kinky and coily hair. The salon describes the Keratin Complex signature smoothing solution as award-winning. The Cezanne Smoothing Treatment suits all hair types, lasts up to five months, and allows hair to be washed or colored right after; the salon says it is free of formaldehyde and harsh chemicals.
The salon sells non-toxic haircare and keeps a shampoo refillery and aromatherapy apothecary inside the location. The refillery, open Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm and separate from salon hours, offers shampoo and conditioner refills, body oils and botanical aromatherapy products. The refillery says refills can use approximately 60 to 80 percent less plastic than single-use packaging. Aveda Scalp Solutions can be added to any haircut.
Private suites in the storefront are rented to independent beauty professionals in hair, skincare, brows, lashes, makeup, massage and other personal services. Each suite sets its own schedule, pricing and client experience, and a dedicated shampoo room with provided essentials is shared among suites. Tours and applications go through a suite inquiry form. The salon also styles bridal parties, weddings, fashion shows and formal events, and brides can request a trial run and a quote before the wedding day.
Plans are built around each client's hair texture, density, how much maintenance they want and the result they are after. The salon focuses on clean products free from known irritants, hormone disruptors and possible toxins.
