Booking can be done online or by calling the salon. A credit card is needed to reserve an appointment, and online bookings are charged when they are made. Services carry a deposit at booking, ranging from $10 to $100 depending on the service, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients are asked to call at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule or cancel; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service. After a no-show, the next booking must be prepaid in full, and that payment is non-refundable. Late arrivals are charged for the full session but receive a shortened appointment for the time missed. Products can be returned within 10 days with a receipt for store credit. Gift cards can be bought online.

Extension work is handled with care. Tape-in extensions need a 50% deposit and should be booked seven days ahead, and new clients need a pre-appointment visit so the color can be matched; the listed starting price does not include the hair itself. V Light extensions are offered for filling gaps, adding fullness or length, or adding color without bleach. Extension removal starts at $75 and the price may vary. A $20 consultation fee applies to new consultations, is non-refundable, and is added to the service once it is booked. Bridal trials and consultations are also available.
