Color options run from a semi-permanent gloss with a blow-dry to all-over color applied from roots to ends in one process. Root retouches cover up to three inches of regrowth. Bleach retouches lift regrowth up to an inch after an earlier all-over bleach. Grey coverage can be combined with most highlight and balayage services. Shorter visits are available too. Quick gloss takes about 15 minutes, quick root about 30 minutes and quick all-over color about 50 minutes, each with a wash but no blow-out or cut. Women's cuts come as a tailored haircut with blow-dry or as a shampoo and style. Add-ons include a brow tint, a scalp detox, a hot towel deep conditioner and a K18 leave-in mask. A Brazilian blowout with haircut is a semi-permanent smoothing treatment that lasts roughly ten to twelve weeks.

Pricing is set from starting rates that can change with hair length, density, time required and products used, and it is reviewed at the free consultation. A credit card on file is needed to book. Changes should be requested at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations and no-shows are charged half the booked services. Guests arriving 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved, and a 50% charge can apply if it has to be rescheduled. Services are not refunded. Concerns must be raised within seven days of the appointment, and the salon offers a redo or adjustment for those, though a redo does not cover a change of mind or a result different from what was discussed. The salon may decline service for inappropriate behavior, repeated policy breaches, or a request that would compromise the hair.
