The color menu is tiered: mini, partial and full custom color, plus global blonde, each with a haircut pairing option. A free 15-minute color consultation covers hair goals and a plan, and color correction requires an in-person consultation first, with corrections starting at $100 per hour.
The studio also offers hair extension consultations, which are free, in person and about 20 minutes, with clients asked to bring inspiration photos. Extension styles in the portfolio include weft extensions. The portfolio also shows global blonde, balayage, rainbow color, natural grey maintenance, updos, short bobs and curly haircuts.
The Brazilian blowout is a protein treatment that the salon describes as reducing frizz for up to three months. It takes about two hours, and the salon says it is not suitable for nursing or pregnant clients, children, chemically sensitive or elderly clients, or those with respiratory conditions.
Cancellation terms are set out clearly. There is no fee for cancelling by call or text at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no-call no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and after a first late cancellation or no-call no-show, clients pay 100% of the scheduled services before booking again. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Color is planned around each client's tones and hair goals, with the aim of keeping hair healthy.
