Services are grouped into cutting, color and blonding, and styling and treatments. Cutting covers women's and men's signature cuts along with bang and beard trims. Color and blonding includes root retouching, classic all-over color, partial and full highlights, balayage, fashion color, gloss and toner, and men's gray blending. Styling and treatments includes blow outs, special occasion styling, a conditioning treatment, and an OLAPLEX bond building treatment.

The salon lists its prices as starting points. The final cost can change with hair length, density, the amount of product used and the time needed, and extra-long or extra-thick hair or corrective color may carry added product or time charges. Clients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours are charged half the service total, and no-shows are charged the full total. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am to 7pm, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 5pm, and Saturday from 11am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
