Hair extensions are a central part of the salon. Methods include Keratin Bonds (K-Tip), I-Tip, tape-in, beaded row, Invisible Bead, along with installation and maintenance. A visit starts with a consultation, followed by choosing the extension type and color, and then the application. Extensions are made from real human hair in a range of textures, and partner brands include Bellami, IBE, Mane Luxe and Great Lengths. Pricing is custom and set at the consultation. A 50% deposit reserves an extension order, the remaining balance is due when installation is complete, and half the deposit is refunded if an appointment is canceled ten days or more ahead.

The Cut & Color menu covers women's cuts in styles such as long layers and sleek bobs, custom blonding (painted or foiled, with the first toner included for blonding or dimensional services), single process root touch-ups that match a base shade, color glossing and toner with a blow-dry, and total color transformation, also called color correction, which typically needs a five to six hour block.

Styling and smoothing include blowouts done with a flat or round brush (iron work is an extra charge), Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout treatments, Milbon, Kérastase, L'Oréal and Oribe treatments, and updos for weddings, parties and other events. Keratin and Brazilian Blowout starting prices include the first 20 grams of solution, with extra product priced by hair length, density or condition, and Brazilian Blowout results last up to 12 weeks. Guests with exceptionally long or dense hair should mention it when booking so enough time can be reserved.
