Color pricing depends on each stylist's education and experience, and the salon uses a tiered system, so veteran and newer stylists charge different rates. Larger color services are billed by the hour according to the stylist's experience. Highlights are generally recommended every four to six weeks and balayage every six to ten weeks.

A credit card must be kept on file to book, or clients can prepay in full by phone or in person. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and check. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50 percent of the service cost, and no-shows or appointments not cancelled within 15 minutes of the start time are charged the full cost. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late may forfeit the appointment with a 50 percent charge, or 10 minutes late for a Barber Cut. If a stylist runs more than 15 minutes behind, clients receive 10 percent off; if the stylist calls out or the appointment has to move, clients receive 20 percent off. New clients complete a Client Experience Form covering hair history, pronouns, hair goals and face mask preference.
