Clients need a valid credit card to reserve an appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Corrective color must be requested promptly and completed within seven days of the first appointment. Services are not refunded, while unused retail products can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Cash, check, Venmo and PayPal are accepted, and gratuities are welcome.
