Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. If a hair service needs correcting, the client should report it promptly, and the correction must be booked and completed within seven days of the original appointment. Services are not refunded. Unused retail products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Cash, check, Venmo and PayPal are accepted, and gratuities are welcome.

Continuing education is offered both inside the salon and through outside classes, and stylists can attend classes in New York City each year with a travel allowance. Stylists are eligible for a bonus plan, and staff also receive birthday and work-anniversary bonuses. Payton serves as the education director at the Birmingham location.
