The menu is built around color and cutting. Color options run from toners and root touch-ups to all-over color, highlights, hand-painted balayage in solid and dimensional styles, and bleach and tone. Cuts include scissor and clipper cuts, bobs, pixies, shags and curly cuts, and scissor cuts include a wash with professional products and a curl or blowout style. Other services include perms, keratin smoothing, Milbon Liscio and thermal straightening, a Kérastase Fusio Dose treatment, a Milbon Japanese glass hair treatment, a scalp treatment with massage, and brow and face waxing.

Online booking is the quickest way to get an appointment, and the salon recommends reserving ahead because some days fill up. First-time clients are asked to book online or email with specific color questions. Email consultations are also offered; these requests should include a current hair photo, hair goals and color history from the past two years. Same-day openings can be checked by contacting the salon. The salon is open seven days a week.

Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours ahead, and later cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service fee. Confirmations go out by text and email 72 hours before the appointment. Results cannot be guaranteed, since texture, color, condition, previous treatments and health factors all affect outcomes. Concerns should be raised within seven business days, and services are not refunded. Retail items can be returned within 10 days if unopened and unused, with a digital receipt. Capes, towels and robes are available on request to protect clothing.

Parking differs by location. The Renton salon is near major highways and has free parking. The Bellevue salon has parking under the building and public transit nearby, along with up to two hours of street parking and a free two-hour underground lot that uses the Park Mobile app; extra time can be added for $5 an hour.

Each visit begins with a consultation, and the team builds a customized hair regimen for each client.

The Bellevue salon has a sleek, modern look, while the Renton salon feels cozy and welcoming.
