Appointments are one-on-one. Diane recommends that new K-Tip clients start with a consultation to settle on the right method and plan, and consultations look at density, texture, and lifestyle. A complimentary consultation by video call is also offered.

The studio offers Invisible K-Tip, traditional K-Tip, Tape-In, Microlink / I-Tip, and Signature Weft extensions, along with hybrid installs that combine more than one method. Existing extensions can be kept up with maintenance and move-up visits, and K-Tip removal is available. Payment is required in full before service. A non-refundable deposit secures each booking. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and adds a charge of up to 25% of the service price, and a missed appointment forfeits the deposit with a charge of up to 50% of the price.

The salon says its extension work focuses on protecting natural hair and scalp health, and each method is planned around the individual client.
