Services are booked by appointment only and cover hair extensions, custom color, precision cuts, hair health and styling. Extension clients travel in from a number of towns across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, including Boston.

Extension work begins with a pre-consultation form and an in-person consultation, where maintenance needs are assessed. The salon uses 100% human Remy hair for every installation and offers several methods rather than one, including hand-tied, keratin bonded, tape-in, clip-ins, halos, sew-in toppers, mesh integration and V-Light solutions. Financing through Cherry is available for new extension packages and is applied before the consultation. The salon says its extension services are performed by a Master Hair Extensionist or Extension Specialist, and lists 19+ extension certifications held by its stylists and 20+ years of experience behind the chair.

A card on file is required to secure appointments. Haircut and styling bookings need 24 hours' notice to cancel, while color, extensions and appointments over three hours need 48 hours. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and future bookings are cancelled if fees stay unpaid for more than two weeks.
