New clients usually begin with a Trim, Root Touch Up & Style Lesson for $300, which takes about 3 hours 30 minutes and combines grey coverage, a customized curly trim, professional styling and curl education. Returning clients can book shorter visits, such as a $80 Root Touch Up, a $180 Trim & Styling, or a $155 Wash & Go Curl Styling that covers styling only.

Color work starts with a consultation. New color clients pay $25 for a 30-minute session that reviews color history and goals, checks curl and scalp health, and plans the shade and formula. It must be completed several days before a first color service, and returning clients booking their first root touch-up need one as well.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair worn down and free of products, with no braids, twists, buns, ponytails or hats. If hair is not prepared as instructed, a fee of $40 or more is added for the extra time needed.

Education comes first: clients leave knowing how to wash, style and care for their curls at home, including which products suit their hair.
