The salon says it aims to give every guest the highest level of customer service. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; cancelled, rescheduled or missed appointments without that notice carry a fee of 50% of the service total, charged to the card on file. A required deposit becomes non-refundable if the appointment falls outside the cancellation policy. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the whole service, as unattended children are not allowed in the salon.
