Lash extension services cover Classic, Volume, and Hybrid styles. Classic work places one extension on each natural lash, Volume applies several fine extensions to each natural lash, and Hybrid combines the two. Custom designs such as wispy, wet, and anime-inspired looks are available as options, and LED lashes are cured instantly under an LED light rather than left to air-dry. Pricing is set by the length of the appointment interval, junior or senior, and whether the set is a fill or a full set. The salon recommends regular fills every two to three weeks.

Lash lifts use a Japanese Keratin treatment, and the salon is known for its Japanese Keratin lash lifts and tints. A tint can also be booked on its own. Lift results generally last around five to six weeks. Nail services include gel extensions, overlays, manicures, pedicures, and nail art, and new nail clients need bare nails or pay for removal from another salon. Makeup is offered as a natural-to-party look in 60-minute or 80-minute sessions.

Saika Satomi also launched Re:Bio, a product line that began in Japan in 2022 and reached the US in 2023. Re:Bio Synbiotics Packets are sold, and the salon says they combine three mechanisms to support a balanced gut environment.
