Hair services include women's cuts, men's cuts, styling, extensions and color. Hair options range from braids and conditioning treatments to base color, highlights, keratin treatment and up-dos. Makeup is offered as eye makeup or full face makeup, with or without lashes, and individual lashes are also available. Prices are listed as starting points and are a general guideline; they can vary at the discretion of the individual stylist, and makeup prices can differ depending on the artist. Great Lengths extensions are priced at consultation, and a complimentary consultation is offered before extensive color and smoothing system services.

Booking requires a credit card number to reserve an appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee, and missed appointments are charged the full service amount. The salon is open Sunday and Monday from 9am to 5pm and Tuesday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm, with appointments outside those hours available on request. Parties, including bridal and bachelorette groups, are accommodated. The salon also sells Oribe, Smith & Cult and Kintsugi products, along with gift certificates.
