For hair, the core offerings are blow-dries, haircuts, color and styling. The Signature Blow-Dry includes a shampoo and conditioning treatment, and the salon says it uses a non-toxic shampoo for it. Haircuts range from a bang trim and men's cut to women's cuts with or without a blowout, plus a dry split-end removal that trims damaged ends without taking off overall length. Color covers root touch-ups, all-over color, partial and full highlights, balayage, bleach and toner, and color correction, with all-over color priced by hair length and thickness and a personal quote available.

Treatments form a large part of the menu. The Milbon treatment is a customizable, vegan three-step deep conditioning system for fine, normal or coarse hair, and the salon describes its version as following a Japanese four-step technique. Other options include a Japanese detox treatment done with a cap and steamer on the scalp, a scalp detox and growth ritual with scalp analysis and massage, a Botox hair treatment, an organic keratin smoothing treatment, and the Avjou Growth Reset Treatment, which comes with take-home shampoo and mask.

Extension services include tape-in and K-tip installation, removal of both types, and an add-on service that fits a client's own clip-in extensions into a blow-dry. K-tip application requires a consultation before booking. Beauty services include makeup, a makeup lesson, lash lifts and tints, brow shaping and lamination, facial threading and waxing from lip to full face, and body waxing for most areas.

Online bookings carry a deposit for most services, which the salon says ranges from about $7 to $50 depending on the service. Clients who need to change or cancel should give up to 48 hours' notice. Cancelling within 24 hours, cancelling a same-day booking or not showing up is charged the full base price of the service. The salon has a no-refund policy, but clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to tell the manager before leaving, and the salon says it will try to make adjustments.

The salon's stated approach leans on hair care: it describes non-toxic products for its blow-dry, a vegan conditioning system for the Milbon treatment, and keratin smoothing that it says is free of harmful chemicals.
