Visits are by appointment only. Because treatment length and cost depend on the skin condition and what the client wants, pricing is given after that consultation. Massage visits begin with a brief intake with the massage therapist. The business does not currently accept insurance for treatments.

Signature treatments include a 60-minute microneedling session at $425, which includes a topical anesthetic, LED light therapy, a personalized Chinese herbal serum, a cooling mask and chilled jade rollers. Cosmetic acupuncture is a 90-minute session at $150 that combines body and facial acupuncture with LED light, facial cupping and gua sha, and serums, and it can be done with or without cosmetic injections. Nano Infusion is a 60-minute, non-invasive treatment at $95 that uses a customized serum blend with LED light. The Scar Therapy Series is a customized plan built from several of these methods and can be used before or after surgery, following a consultation.

The salon offers custom skin treatments that combine individualized Chinese herbal formulas with acupuncture, along with herbal care plans made in-house for each client. For a longer visit, the 3-hour wellness retreat is priced at $375 and includes a 60-minute Swedish massage, cosmetic acupuncture, LED light therapy, a facial using cupping and gua sha, and ear seeds. The salon notes that its statements have not been reviewed by the FDA, and that its products are not meant to identify, manage, heal or stop any illness.
