Facial menus start with a 75-minute custom facial and step up to a 90-minute premium facial, which includes one advanced add-on, and a 90-minute deluxe facial with two. Add-ons include an oxygen treatment, a firming peptide, liquid microneedling and an enzyme treatment. The Sage and Moon Glow (Vajacial) is offered as a single 45-minute bikini treatment or as a three-session package, which is intended for skin correction concerns such as hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone and ingrown hairs, and results vary by client. Brazilian waxes are offered to women only, for all body types.
Waxing covers body, facial, bikini and Brazilian services, with options for returning and first-time clients and bundles that pair a Brazilian with a belly strip, underarms or the glutes. Clients should stop active ingredients such as AHAs, BHAs, retinol and acne medications seven days before a facial wax. Before a bikini wax, hair should have grown at least three weeks after shaving or four weeks after the last wax, and clients can be waxed during their period with a clean tampon in place. Extra guests are not permitted for bikini waxes unless stated otherwise, and clients should not remove hair or shave three weeks before an Extended Brazilian.
Booking requires a deposit that varies by service, from $10 to $50, and deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 36 hours' notice, and missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged up to the full cost of the services booked. Clients arriving more than seven minutes late may need to reschedule or may have their service shortened, and a client not present seven or more minutes into the appointment is treated as a no-show. Gift card sales are final, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Facials are tailored to each client, and waxing comes with clear pre-care and timing guidance before the appointment.
