Lash extensions are applied one natural lash at a time with a medical-grade adhesive. They are semi-permanent and waterproof and can be styled to each client, with classic, light volume, full volume, mega volume, mega plus, colored and hybrid options in full sets and fills. Fills are typically needed every two to three weeks, and full sets require a deposit because appointment space is limited. Fills only apply to extensions originally placed at the studio; otherwise a foreign fill is booked. Lash lifts, lash tinting, brow tinting, brow lamination and brow waxing are available on their own or combined into lash and brow packages.

Facials are performed by licensed estheticians using professional-grade products, including the Rhonda Allison line. A free consultation is offered for anyone unsure which facial suits them. Options range from a 60-minute customized corrective facial and AcneRX facials in three levels to dermaplaning, Gua Sha sculpting, a 75-minute Lux Facial and several HydraFacial versions. Chemical peels start at $160. The studio also offers a facial designed for expectant clients and a facial for men. Peel clients should expect pinkness, peeling starting around day three to five, and downtime of at least 24 to 48 hours depending on peel strength.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee. Completed services are non-refundable, though clients who are unhappy can reach out within 48 hours of their appointment. Gift cards are sold and are valid for one year from purchase. Many services can be paid over time through Affirm, and the studio accepts major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Free parking is available.
