Acne care is at the center of the practice, and the salon describes its acne approach as results-driven. Treatments are tailored to each client rather than following one routine for everyone.
Most people start with a conversation about their skin. A complimentary 30-minute skin consultation can be done in person or virtually, and a free 15-minute virtual chat about concerns and current routine is also offered, with personalized product recommendations sent afterward. The New Client Facial is the suggested starting point for new clients and includes an in-depth consultation, a customized facial, homecare recommendations and follow-up support.
Booking can be done online through the booking page, or by text, call or email. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee. Brow services require stopping actives and acne medications 7 days before treatment. Listed hours are Monday and Wednesday 10 AM to 9 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to 4 PM, with Tuesday and Thursday closed.
Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, goals and lifestyle rather than one-size-fits-all. Acne care pairs customized treatments and medical-grade skincare with lifestyle guidance.
