MaryAnn Jones founded the business and leads it as CEO and owner. Her background is more than thirteen years in med spas, dermatology and advanced skincare. The spa says it tailors each visit to the client's skin concerns and goals, and that its focus is healthier skin from the inside out.

Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a 30-minute mini facial to longer customized treatments that add peels, oxygen, red light, vitamin C or extractions. Microneedling is offered as a single session or in packages, with sessions scheduled every four weeks. Chemical peels start at $185 and rise in price with peel strength, and the Image Signature Peel is sold in a buy three, get one free offer. Clients who want to start with less can book a Micropeel, a chemical peel for the hands, or a teen facial.

Brow and lash services include brow tint, henna brow, brow lamination, lash tint and lash lift. Waxing covers face, underarm, bikini and leg areas, and massage includes body butter treatments for hands and feet, essential oil scalp massage and lymphatic drainage for the face. Spa parties and group day packages can be customized.

The spa uses Image Skincare products and Esthemax jelly masks, and describes its products as high-end, medical-grade and clean-ingredient. Clients can book online or by phone, and can start with a free 15-minute skin consultation by FaceTime or Google chat, or a paid 30-minute virtual skincare consultation by Zoom or FaceTime that goes toward future services.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin concerns and goals, aiming to address all of their skin care needs with a focus on healthier skin from the inside out.
