Visits are unhurried rather than rushed. Hair color is customized to each client, from soft dimensional shifts to bolder changes, and cuts are planned around the client's hair and daily routine. Scalp and foot services include time to lie back and relax, with warm soaks, massage and gentle touch built into the appointment.

Signature offerings include the Healing Scalp Ritual, done at the shampoo bowl with the client reclined and feet raised, which uses a jade stone mineral mask, a scalp exfoliation brush, a hand and arm massage, and natural oils such as eucalyptus, lavender or rosemary. The True Enlightenment Scalp Treatment is a scrub applied before shampoo, and the Olaplex Repair Treatment is a bond-building option for hair. The Grounding Foot Ritual begins with a herbal soak and includes a coffee scrub and a cedarwood oil massage, and it can be added to any facial. The Nurturing Manicure uses a sugar scrub and OPI Envy polish and skips gels, dips and acrylics to focus on the natural nails.

Results are meant to feel aligned and wearable, and appointments leave room to relax.
