A visit starts with a conversation about the client's concerns and skin needs, and the spa says each treatment is customized from there. The rooms are kept calm, with soothing colors, soft lighting and tranquil music. Facials range from a teen facial and a deep pore cleansing facial to a gentlemen's facial, a back facial and a dermaplaning option, and many can be paired with add-ons such as ultrasonic exfoliation, an eye treatment, a seaweed peel-off mask or LED light.

Waxing covers the face, body, underarms, legs, arms, back and chest, and Brazilian and bikini work. The spa uses a hard wax, which it says is sustainably sourced and contains azulene; it describes the azulene as calming to redness and inflammation. Because hard wax grips the hair rather than the skin, the spa recommends it for sensitive areas such as the face, underarms and bikini line. Brow services include tinting, lamination, waxing and a semi-permanent hybrid stain, tailored to each client's face shape, skin tone and style, and performed by licensed specialists. Brow services and appointments can be booked online.

Clinical offerings include Procell Microchanneling, which the spa describes as a gentler alternative to microneedling with minimal downtime, along with LED light therapy, several chemical peels and dermaplaning. Light therapy is recommended as a series of six or twelve. Gift certificates are available online and by phone.

The spa is closed on Mondays. It is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. The TBD facial is priced by the esthetician after analyzing the skin, with $110 as the minimum, which also applies under the cancellation policy.
