S Glowic MedSpa describes itself as family-owned and not a chain. Founder Samah Haroof, a Master Injector, leads the practice, and each treatment is planned around the individual client rather than a standard menu.

Medical treatments are performed under physician oversight. A Medical Director oversees medical protocols and delegated treatments, and a designated physician is named for the laser hair removal services. Before a first injectable or other medical treatment, a licensed Advanced Practice Provider completes a good-faith exam by secure telehealth. The practice says it uses FDA-cleared technology.

A consultation is free and carries no obligation to have treatment, which makes it a low-pressure first step. Booking requires a $50 deposit that is applied to the service. Appointments follow a 24-hour cancellation window; a $50 fee applies to late cancellations or no-shows, and the deposit is forfeited on a no-show. CareCredit financing is accepted, and clients can ask about it at their consultation. Opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 5pm, and the studio is closed Sunday and Monday. For appointments outside those hours, clients are asked to contact Samah Haroof directly. Services are available in English, Spanish and Arabic.

The menu spans facials and peels, including the S Glowic Facial and several HydraFacial options in face, deluxe and back/body versions. Chemical peels come in light, medium and deep strengths with a medical grade post-procedure kit included. Injectables include Botox, Letybo, dermal fillers, Radiesse, Sculptra and filler dissolving. Radiesse jawline sculpting is the signature treatment of the founder. The practice welcomes clients of all skin tones and backgrounds.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual client, with medical treatments performed under physician oversight.
