Consultations can be booked through the website, in person, by text or as a virtual visit. The Virtual Visit has no listed price. Filler and Sculptra consultations determine the plan, and prices on the smooth lines and shape and volume menus include the consultation. Services can be booked by treatment or by provider. Shop-based purchases lock in the price, and the client then picks a provider and appointment time. Gift cards start at $100, and the website links to a cancellation policy.

Filler appointments usually cause pressure rather than pain, and most fillers contain lidocaine with the area numbed beforehand. The business says filler swelling and bruising usually last two to seven days, and most clients return to work the same day. Sculptra and PCDC cannot be reversed, while hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. If a treatment plan changes, the business says it will transfer or refund the booking.

Beyond injectables, the menu includes medical facials and peels, Better Skin plans, peptide and vitamin shots, and training models. Sculptra is priced per vial, and the business says most clients need one vial per decade of life and that results can last up to two years. The practice also offers a Model Program and an Aesthetic Residency for people training in aesthetics.
