Microlocs are a refined form of dreadlocks, made by interlocking or two-strand twisting, usually 6 to 9 mm in diameter. New clients need a consultation before any microloc work begins. The consultation looks at hair density, porosity, length and the loc size wanted, and those factors set the service cost. The consultation is listed at $85 for 60 minutes, and its $80 fee is non-refundable but credited toward the service. Installation requires hair 2 to 4 inches long and a $250 non-refundable deposit that comes off the final cost. Depending on hair length and loc size, installation can take one or two full days. Clients coming from another stylist who already wear microlocs can book as transfer clients with a $50 non-refundable consultation deposit, credited toward the first retie.

Maintenance centers on retie, the process of retightening loc roots as new growth loosens them. Six-week retie prices are $165 for large locs, $185 for medium and $200 for small, with prepaid retie packages offered for large, medium, small and extra-small locs. Other offerings include loc repair, cornrow and full rod set loc styles, individual braid or twist styles, and wash and treatment services such as a basic wash, an ACV detox, aromatherapy scalp massage, scalp exfoliation and a strengthening protein treatment.

The salon runs microloc classes, a one-on-one braiding class, a microloc retie specialist training, and personalized tutorials to help clients care for their locs at home. Booking is done in advance through the online system. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair free of oils, gels and heavy conditioners unless told otherwise. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations or no-shows carry a $25 fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or be rescheduled at the stylist's discretion. Full payment is due on completion, by cash, credit or debit card, or Zelle. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and payment plans can be arranged by contacting the salon. Refunds are not given after a service is completed, and concerns must be raised within two days for an adjustment. Frequent stylist changes end continued service, and corrective work for another stylist's services is not offered.
