Booking terms are firm. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, and rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, with same-day rescheduling treated as a cancellation that requires a new deposit. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which a $10 late fee is charged, and an appointment more than 15 minutes late may be canceled. Clients who are unhappy with their service should tell the stylist before leaving so corrections can be made the same day.
