Facials are customized to the client's skin. The Ultraluxe option begins with a skin analysis. Other named facials include a 30-minute refresh with cleansing and hydration, a 60-minute purifying facial for clogged, congested or acne-prone skin, a 60-minute collagen and vitamin C treatment designed for mature skin, a 60-minute rebalancing lift with deep hydration, a 30-minute teen facial with deep pore cleansing and a mask, and a 45-minute cleansing facial for gentlemen with a matte finish.

The pedicure lounge offers four spa pedicures, SPA I through SPA IV, each with callus removal. Foot massages run from 10 to 20 minutes depending on the treatment, and SPA II through SPA IV include a free 10-minute back massage. Callus Eliminator is available as an add-on. The salon labels the SPA III treatment as best value.

Gel work is offered in the LED gel lounge, which has builder gel set and extension options, and gel and SNS powder manicures are on the manicure menu. Nail art and special designs are extra. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. A 3% convenience fee applies to debit and credit card payments. Services are non-refundable, though a corrective service is provided at no extra cost within 24 hours of an appointment.
