First-time clients booking a specialty cut are contacted before the appointment, and an extended consultation may be arranged. New clients booking a curly cut get a 2 hour 30 minute visit that starts with an in-depth talk about hair goals and products, and that booking needs a text or phone call first.

Color work covers all-over single shades, all-over lightener with toning, retouches of regrowth or gray, and full, partial and mini foil highlights, with gloss or toner added at the shampoo bowl.
